October 5, 2017October 5, 2017 by Morning to you. Just checking in to let you guys know that at 2:20 today I'm having some more surgery. I saw the surgeon monday for an examination asI developed a pocket of fluid. I developed this in response to the effect chemo has on healing. Basically it messes it up! Dr. Grissom -name of my surgeon- says I don't have an infection which would take the situation to a whole different level. Jed is going with to surgery with me. So hi ho hi ho it's off to surgery I go!Dr. Grissom figures radiation will be about 2 to 3 weeks after the surgery. And can I just say I will be so grateful when I don't have to reference this part of my body anymore! :-) xo 0 comments
