An animated satire about a drive-thru sex change! This one traveled to festivals ranging from LA’s Outfest to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

This was my brain at the time just painted across the screen, as close to my personal sense of the transman’s dilemma as I could make it. I had a lot of bitterness and anger about our options at the time, and about what seemed to me to be a quiet, resigned acceptance of these options. It was also important to me to have a gay male character who found trans men socially and sexually relevant. Let’s just say things are a bit different nowadays.
